We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home CarePro to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. As an In Home CarePro, you will be a trusted companion and caregiver, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care in a respectful and nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene to promote dignity and comfort
• Monitor patients’ health status by observing vital signs, medication administration, and overall condition, reporting any concerns promptly
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation
• Support clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques such as Hoyer lifts or patient transfer methods to ensure safety during movement
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment that encourages social interaction and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate documentation of care plans, patient observations, medication schedules, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organization to maintain a safe and clean living space

Experience

• Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient observation, monitor vital signs, and administer medications safely
• Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred
• Knowledge of care plans development and implementation for residents with complex needs including memory care and hospice care
• Familiarity with manual handling techniques, patient transfer equipment like Hoyer lifts, and emergency response procedures such as CPR and first aid certification
• Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with clients, families, healthcare teams, and community resources
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques for patient transfers or mobility assistance
