Vive Roofing (Renued Roof LLC dba Vive Roofing) is a residential roofing company operating in the Phoenix area. We treat roofs to protect them and extend their life backed by our own 10-year product warranty. Our sales team knocks doors, runs live pitches, and gets paid weekly on collected revenue — no leads handed over, no call-center hand-off, no salaried holding pattern. We're hiring a Closers and are also looking for a Closing Manager to work in our Phoenix office — . Our company specializes in our processes and systems for setting leads. Leads are not the issue for us. Having extremely hungry and talented closers is what makes our business really go.

What Closers Make

• $40 an hour base pay or commission
• 10% of revenue generated

What Our Closing Managers Make

• $40 an hour base pay or commission
• 15% of revenue generated
• 2% of revenue generated by the team

Example of income:

• Our Closers are awesome. They are averaging 5-8 installs a week. They average about $2500 to $5000 a week in commissions.
• We need Closers that take the job seriously and know how to tactfully help people make a decision. We are a one sit close. We do not go back. We are totally ok if the customer says no. We are happier if we get to serve them and they say yes. We are not getting maybe's. We offer extreme discounts to be able to service entire neighborhoods at the same time as that is more efficient for us. We are going through neighborhoods very quickly and we service whole neighborhoods at the same time.
• Our Closers are a focal point of our business. We need our Closers making $2500 to $5000 a week for our business to continue growing and excel at the rate it is.

Requirements

• A track record of hitting weekly numbers: Anywhere you had to earn it. D2D sales, restaurant service, retail commission, gym membership sales, personal training, coaching, athletics. Roofing / solar / pest / alarm experience is a plus, not a requirement. Someone who leads by example, not by title
• Mental stamina, able to work in all weather, Reliable transportation, valid driver's license Smartphone (we run a native CRM in the field) No degree required No prior roofing experience required — we teach the product

The Weekly Standard

The LSM commission structure above is gated on two numbers, checked weekly:

• 5-8 installs per week
