About the Role

Home Quality Remodeling (HQR) is expanding and looking for experienced in‑home sales closers to run 2+ warm, confirmed homeowner appointments every day. There is no cold calling, no door knocking, and no prospecting. Our marketing and inside‑sales teams handle all lead generation so you can focus on closing high‑value remodeling projects.

You’ll meet with homeowners planning:

• ADUs & garage conversions
• Kitchen remodels
• Bathroom remodels
• Full‑house renovations
• Exterior upgrades (windows, roofing, siding, painting, landscaping)

Your responsibility is to build trust, present solutions, and close projects with professionalism and confidence.

• Experienced closers with a track record in home improvement, remodeling, solar, roofing, or similar in‑home sales

Compensation & Benefits

• Profit‑share commission only position with First year Potential earnings $75K

On the road — in‑home appointments throughout the Dallas and surrounding areas.

Pay: $70,375.27 - $250,000.00 per year
