JOB DESCRIPTION

Gutter Hero is looking for ENERGETIC, MOTIVATED & PROFESSIONAL people to join our growing in-home sales team. NO COLD CALLING. NO DOOR KNOCKING. We provide PRESET, QUALIFIED & CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS with homeowners interested in gutter replacement or our patented Lifetime No-Clog Guarantee Gutter Guard System, designed to help homeowners never clean their gutters or risk climbing ladders again.

This is a 1099, COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION. If you're desperate for a guaranteed paycheck regardless of performance, THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. However, we run consistent appointments and pay weekly, so productive reps can build consistent income. YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN.

Sales experience is a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED. We'd rather train someone with the right mindset than hire someone experienced who isn't coachable.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $160,000.00 per week
