Residential Painting Sales Consultant / Estimator

Interial Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a relationship-based sales position where you'll meet with homeowners, provide estimates, and help clients transform their homes. We provide qualified, pre-scheduled appointments so you can focus on serving customers and closing sales—no cold calling or lead generation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled estimate appointments
• Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Measure and prepare project estimates
• Present solutions and close sales
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain communication and notes in our CRM
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• help us build out our sales system

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and organized
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Home improvement or painting experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with evening appointments

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$120,000+ earning potential
• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• Qualified appointments provided
• No cold calling or door knocking (unless you want)
