In-Home Sales Representative

Abbruzzese Floors Inc installs premium one-day garage floors for homeowners across Long Island. We're a family-owned, fully insured company with 20+ years of commercial flooring experience. We're growing fast.

Here's how it works: we generate the leads and set the appointments. You run the in-home visits and close. No cold calling, no door knocking.

We want a competitive, coachable closer who wants a clear path to six figures and likes being measured on results.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Run 2–4 in-home appointments per day with pre-set, pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect and measure garages, assess the concrete, and note any issues
• Deliver our proven product presentation (we train you) showing why our system beats DIY paint and cheap coatings
• Build rapport, uncover what the homeowner actually needs, and guide them to the right solution
• Schedule closed jobs on our production calendar
• Log all notes, quotes, and results in our CRM and follow up on open proposals
• Hit weekly targets for sits, close rate, and average ticket

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and people skills. You're confident and comfortable at the kitchen table (or garage)
• Competitive and numbers-driven. You like to win and want to see where you stand on the scoreboard
• Coachable. You'll follow a proven process instead of winging it
• Positive attitude and real ambition to grow
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Available some evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home
• In-home sales experience (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, alarms, etc.) is a big plus, but it isn't required. We'll train the right person
