In-Home Sales Representative - Window Replacement

Charlotte Metro | Full Commission | Leads and Appointments Provided

We're launching our window replacement division in the Charlotte metro, with expansion across the Carolinas over the next year. Our ownership team has built and run successful in-home sales operations in roofing, generators, and solar storage. This is the same playbook applied to a new product line, and we're hiring the first reps on the ground.

What you'll do

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified appointments in customers' homes
• Measure openings, present replacement window options, and build the quote on-site
• Close in one visit and hand off a clean order to the install team
• Work past customers for referrals and repeat business

Compensation

• Full commission, uncapped
• Full-time reps earn $100,000–$150,000+
• Top performers earn well beyond that
• Weekly pay

What we're looking for

• Comfortable selling in a living room, at the kitchen table, to both decision-makers
• Self-managed. You set your pace inside our appointment schedule.
• Available evenings and some Saturdays, when homeowners are home
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record
• In-home or one-call-close experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll train the right person.

• Schedule: Full-time, flexible, evenings and weekends required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
