In House Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and trustworthy In-House Accountant to join our growing hospitality & F&B company in Ubud, Bali. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, and preparing regular financial reports to support management in making informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting transaction recording.
• Perform bank, cash, and POS (Moka) reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Handle inter-company transaction reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Perform month-end closing and management reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with tax preparation and provide information required for tax and compliance purposes.
• Review financial data and identify unusual, missing, or inconsistent amounts.
• Coordinate with operational teams and management regarding financial and accounting matters.

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, preferably S1 Accounting.
• Minimum 1–2 years of practical accounting experience.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, journals, ledgers, reconciliation, and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with Moka POS and/or accounting software is an advantage.
• Hospitality or F&B accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Honest, organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with different teams.
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
