In Office Babysitter

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible In Office Babysitter to provide attentive childcare support within a professional office environment for our 10 month old son FRIDAYS from 9am to 12:30PM.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating patience, reliability, and a proactive approach to caregiving. This role involves supervision, ensuring their safety, engagement, and well-being while supporting their developmental needs. The In Office Babysitter will play a vital role in creating a nurturing atmosphere that allows us to focus on our work with confidence.

Duties

• 100% Supervision and engagement in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Assisting in crawling and walking
• Ensure the safety of our child at all times by monitoring his behavior and environment closely
• Ideally you have a car seat if needed
• Assist with basic childcare needs such as feeding, diapering, and comforting children as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Strong background in childcare including infant care & preschooler care
• Familiarity with daycare practices, teaching techniques, and child supervision standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with us, staff, and other caregivers effectively.

*this position is currently just for Fridays but you would also be our 'on call' person in the event that we need you. There is also the possibility of other jobs and roles depending.
