About the Role
We’re a boutique, high-touch academic coaching company based in Chicago. We specialize in executive function coaching for middle and high school students—and we’re currently looking for experienced EF coaches who can also support students in math and science subjects.

If you love helping students stay organized and succeed in Algebra, Chemistry, or Physics—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1-on-1 with students to build systems, routines, and confidence
• Support subject mastery in STEM areas: Algebra through Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, etc.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with families
• Submit session notes and maintain timely correspondence with our team

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Warm, reliable, and highly professional
• Skilled at building rapport with students and families
• Strong in math and science (through at least high school level)
• Excellent at breaking tasks into manageable steps
• An experienced educator or academic coach (min. 5 years) OR
• An experienced mental health professional (min. 5 years)
• Available for in-person sessions in Chicago and/or nearby suburbs

Pay & Logistics

• $90/hr for in-person sessions; $65/hr for remote
• 3- 5 students or 4–10 hours/week (with the potential for more)
• Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available
• Contract position

We work with discerning families and maintain a high bar for communication, consistency, and professionalism.
Because our coaches work independently with clients, we’re only considering candidates with:
– At least 5 years of relevant professional experience working with families and students
– Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
– 3 strong professional references

-A bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university
