In-Room Dinning Attendant

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders.
• Assist servers in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
• Support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation and cleaning as needed.
• Ensure all utensils, plates, and glassware are clean and ready for service.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with food service regulations.
• Polish all silverware and glassware
• Make juices as needed (Green juice, OJ, etc.)
• Deliver guest orders to the guests in the room ensuring all items the guest has ordered along with proper silverware and condiments are delivered.
• Provide personalized, attentive, and responsive service to guests. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
