In-School RBT

Job Overview

Join our dynamic educational team as an In-School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where you will play a vital role in supporting students with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. This is 20 hours per week in-school. Possibility to add more hours in-home or in-school depending on location.

Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behaviors and skill development.
• Assist students with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, dressing, and feeding, to enhance their independence.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions and classroom activities to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Support classroom teachers by integrating behavioral strategies into daily routines and instructional activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in educational or behavioral health settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of special education practices, autism spectrum disorders support, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) is essential.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders enhances your ability to succeed in this role.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
