Responsibilities

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and track project plans, documents, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Meeting Coordination: Schedule, facilitate, and take minutes for project team and stakeholder meetings.

• Project Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, milestones, and risks, assisting in mitigation strategies.

• Administrative Support: Support project managers with resource scheduling, budget tracking, and data entry in PMO tools.

• Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to ensure information flow.

  Experience

• Years of experience required: 4-8 years

  Education Qualifications

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA/CA
