In-Store Customer Service Manager

The role is reporting to the Store Manager / Customer Service Director

Locations: Central/ Tsim Sha Tsui

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for store image management.
• Responsible for store staff image management.
• Assist with daily customer reception and daily store sales operations.
• Responsible for or assist with VIP customer reception at the store.
• Responsible for handling customer complaints at the store.
• Responsible for monitoring store customer service standards and processes; assist the Customer Service Department in implementing corrective actions for store service issues.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• Years of experience as a flight attendant with an airline/ as a purser; Or experience in customer service management; OR experience in the luxury goods industry, including at least 3 years in a store supervisor or above position.
• Cheerful personality, kind and approachable;
• Strong service awareness and affinity, with excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and public relations maintenance capabilities;
• Upright and positive character, with excellent professional ethics, integrity, and teamwork spirit;
• Can speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
