In-Store Visual Merchandiser (MANGO, TRX)

As our In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will:

• Create and refresh window displays, in-store displays and mannequin styling to showcase the latest collections
• Change display props and signage to match festive seasons, promotional campaigns and brand guidelines
• Coordinate colours, props and visual elements to ensure an attractive, on-brand and consistent store presentation
• Plan and organise floor layouts and key display areas to maximise traffic flow and product visibility
• Provide input for merchandising reports on display changes, signage updates and campaign executions
• Partner closely with the store team and other departments to deliver strong visual merchandising standards and a great customer experience

What you’ll bring

• SPM or Diploma/Certificate in Design (Visual Communication, Fashion Design, Interior Design or related field an advantage)
• At least 1 year of visual merchandising experience in the fashion retail industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work retail shift hours: 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays
