Inbound & Pricing Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Inbound & Pricing professional to join an established freight forwarding and logistics company in the Ontario / Inland Empire area.

This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of day-to-day freight forwarding operations who is comfortable working across imports, exports, pricing, intermodal and 3PL operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and support inbound freight operations across international and domestic shipments
• Prepare and manage freight rates, quotations and pricing
• Coordinate Import and Export shipments and documentation
• Work with carriers, vendors, overseas agents and internal operations teams
• Request, compare and negotiate carrier and vendor rates
• Support intermodal and 3PL transportation requirements
• Monitor shipments and assist with operational issues and exceptions
• Maintain accurate rates, shipment information and documentation
• Work within CargoWise to manage operational and pricing activities
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers and internal teams

Requirements

• Previous experience within freight forwarding / international logistics
• Hands-on Import and/or Export operations experience
• Strong pricing, quoting and rate management experience
• Understanding of intermodal and 3PL operations
• CargoWise experience
• Good understanding of the complete freight forwarding process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Ontario / Inland Empire, CA

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
