BTL Industries is a leading international manufacturer of electronic medical equipment in three market segments: cardiology, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine. For more than 25 years the company has been successfully operating and developing in Bulgaria, where the main manufacturing facility of electronic medical equipment is based.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Inbound and Storage Operations Manager to lead all inbound flows, storage operations, and inventory placement within a dynamic production warehouse environment. The role is critical in ensuring efficient material receipt, optimal storage utilization, and high inventory accuracy to support uninterrupted production.

Your Part Of The Team Lead and manage all inbound logistics and storage operations, including receiving, put away, picking and internal material flow tofrom production

Ensure accurate and timely system transactions in ERP/WMS related to inbound, storage and picking activities

Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and stock integrity in collaboration with Inventory Control

Manage and develop Team Leaders and operational teams, ensuring high performance and engagement

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities (e.g. Kardex, WMS integration, AGV’s, etc.)

Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, traceability and internal procedures

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Quality

Lead KPIs tracking and performance reporting

This Is The Place For You If You Have Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (inbound/storage)

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material flow

Experience with ERP/WMS systems

Leadership experience managing teams and team leaders

Analytical mindset with focus on process optimization and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
