• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.
• Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Good English communication and comprehension skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts.
• Candidates willing to work from office in Bangalore can apply.
