Inbound Call Center Agent

Our Louisville office handles inbound customer support for several client accounts, covering industries with different products, services, and customer needs. That variety means you won’t spend every day repeating exactly the same conversation.

We’re currently hiring an Inbound Call Center Agent to join the team full-time. This is an entry-level opening, with structured paid training before you move onto live customer calls.

Your first few weeks

You’ll start by learning the systems, call procedures, and client accounts you’ll be supporting. You’ll listen to experienced agents, practise common scenarios, and gradually begin taking calls with support nearby.

Once settled in, your day will include:

• Taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
• Looking into account, order, billing, and service questions
• Making accurate notes during each conversation
• Explaining information without overcomplicating it
• Following client-specific processes and procedures
• Passing specialist issues to the appropriate team
• Following up where a query can’t be completed on the first call

You don’t need call center experience. We’re looking for someone who can listen, communicate clearly, stay patient, and use a computer confidently.

Retail, hospitality, reception, admin, or customer service experience can all transfer well.
