Inbound Call Center Agent

Our Miami contact center works on behalf of several businesses, rather than supporting just one brand. The client list covers different sectors and services, which means our agents are trained across multiple accounts and the reason for each customer call can vary.

Your first few weeks

You will be trained on our call system, customer records and the first client account you will support. As you become comfortable, you can be trained on additional accounts.

Day to day, that means handling things like:

• Account and customer information requests
• Order or service questions
• Changes to existing customer details
• General product enquiries
• Existing cases that need an update
• Requests that need transferring to another department

You will document each conversation and make sure the next action is clear before moving onto the next call.

What the job is really like

There are busy periods where calls come through one after another, so you need to be comfortable working at a consistent pace.

You will spend most of the day using a headset and computer together, switching between customer records and client information while you talk.

For an Inbound Call Center Agent, clear communication, accurate typing and good attendance are important.
