About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Atlanta team and assist with client communication, scheduling, and event-related inquiries. The Inbound Call Center Agent will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information to clients and attendees, assist with appointment scheduling, and support our event teams with communication and follow-up needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information to clients, attendees, and partners
• Handle event-related questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments, meetings, and event-related communications
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, schedules, and event details when needed

Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients and handling multiple calls
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly attitude
