Inbound Call Center Representative

We're growing our team in Laredo, TX and are looking for a dependable Inbound Call Center Representative who enjoys helping customers and solving problems over the phone. If you're a good communicator, comfortable using computers, and able to stay focused during busy periods, this is a great opportunity to build your customer service career.

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll handle incoming calls, answer customer questions, resolve routine issues, and make sure each customer receives accurate and professional assistance.

What Your Shift Will Involve

Your day will focus on customer calls, account support, and keeping accurate records.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
• Helping customers with account questions, orders, payments, and service requests
• Listening carefully to understand customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions
• Resolving routine issues during the call whenever possible
• Updating customer accounts and documenting each interaction accurately
• Explaining products, services, pricing, and company policies
• Transferring or escalating calls when additional assistance is required
• Using multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
• Following call handling procedures and maintaining customer confidentiality
• Meeting established service, quality, and productivity expectations
• Working with supervisors and team members to resolve customer issues

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Schedules are posted in advance, and weekend availability is required based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.

You'll likely be a good fit if you:

• Have clear and professional communication skills
• Listen carefully and can explain information in a simple way
• Stay calm when handling upset or frustrated customers
• Can work efficiently during periods of high call volume
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Have good typing and data entry skills
• Pay attention to detail when updating customer information
• Can follow established procedures and instructions
• Work well independently and with a team
• Are reliable and punctual

Previous experience as an Inbound Call Center Representative, Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Representative, Customer Service Associate, Contact Center Agent, or in another customer-facing role is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
