Inbound Call Center Representative

We're looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Representatives in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service over the phone. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and paid training is provided.

About the Role

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for customers. You'll handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, process requests, resolve issues, and ensure each customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Call Handling

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with questions, accounts, orders, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Communication & Problem Solving

• Listen actively and communicate clearly with customers.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and determine effective solutions.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and helpful approach during challenging interactions.
• Follow up when necessary to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Accurately document calls, customer interactions, and service requests.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Complete basic data entry and administrative tasks.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Meet established call quality, productivity, and customer service goals.
