Inbound Call Center Representative

We're adding an Inbound Call Center Assistant to our Charlotte team as we continue to grow.

We're a close-knit customer support team, and we're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, and can bring a calm, positive approach to the working day. Previous call center experience is useful, but we're equally happy to train someone with the right attitude and customer service skills.

The Role

You'll be handling incoming customer enquiries and helping make sure each person gets the information or support they need.

Day to day, you'll:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Help with general questions and account enquiries
• Update customer information and call notes
• Resolve straightforward issues where possible
• Pass more complex enquiries to the right team
• Follow up on outstanding requests
• Work alongside the wider support team during busy periods

Who We're Looking For

• A clear communicator and good listener
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Reliable and organised
• Patient when dealing with different customers
• Happy working as part of a team

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, or administration can transfer well into this position.
