A Typical Day

As an Inbound Call Centre Representative, you'll:

• Handle inbound customer calls in a friendly, professional way
• Assist with general account, product, service, and order enquiries
• Provide clear information and next steps
• Update customer details and maintain accurate records
• Follow up on open requests when required
• Work with the wider team to resolve more complex enquiries

• Confident and clear communication
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and customer systems
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to stay calm and positive during busy periods

Previous Inbound Call Centre Representative or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided.
