Inbound Call Center Representative

We're hiring Inbound Call Center Representatives for our Kansas City location.

As an Inbound Call Center Rep, you're the first voice customers hear when they call in. You'll answer questions, solve problems, place orders, and make sure every caller hangs up feeling taken care of. Steady, indoor work with a headset on and a team around you.

What you'll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls and helping customers get what they need
• Looking up account info, orders, and answering questions
• Solving problems on the spot or getting them to the right person
• Logging call notes and keeping records accurate
• Handling a steady flow of calls throughout your shift
• Keeping a friendly, patient tone even on the busy days

What we need:

• Clear speaker, good listener, comfortable on the phone
• Reliable — show up on time
• Basic computer skills (typing while you talk)
• No experience required (call center or customer service a plus)
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule: Flexible shifts, 5-6 days available

Pay & Perks:
