Inbound Call Center Representative

Looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Charlotte client services team. We work with clients in a variety of industries and help their customers with the questions and requests that arise on a day-to-day basis.

The Inbound Call Center Representative position is well suited to someone who likes talking to people and is comfortable being the first point of contact. What matters most is having a calm manner, communicating clearly, and being willing to help.

You’ll spend your day:

• Taking inbound calls and understanding what the customer needs
• Providing clear answers and handling routine requests
• Recording customer information and notes accurately
• Checking back on requests that still need attention
• Working with other team members when an enquiry needs further support

Customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience can transfer well into this position. Previous call center experience is helpful, but not required.

Someone suitable for the role will be:

• Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
• A clear communicator and good listener
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Reliable and organized
• Patient when handling different situations
• Comfortable working as part of a team

Pay: $21-$24 per hour

Full-time, on-site position in Charlotte. Paid training is provided.
