Inbound Call Center Representative

Great on the phone? Love helping people? Ready to bring positive energy to every conversation? We’re looking for friendly Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our San Diego team.

Customers will call you for answers, support, and a little reassurance. Your job is to listen, find the right solution, and make every caller feel heard. There’s no cold calling or chasing leads, just real conversations with people who reached out to us.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Listen carefully and understand what each caller needs
• Provide helpful information and simple solutions
• Update customer accounts and document conversations
• Transfer calls to the right department when necessary
• Follow up on questions that require extra attention
• Keep every conversation friendly and professional
• Work with your team to create an excellent customer experience

Call center or customer service experience is helpful, but it isn’t required. Bring a great attitude, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
