We're hiring an Inbound Call Center Representative in St. Louis to answer incoming calls, solve problems, and leave customers glad they picked up the phone. No experience needed. If you're friendly and dependable, we'll handle the rest.

Your Day, Call by Call

• Picking up incoming calls and figuring out how to help
• Pulling up accounts, orders, and answers on the fly
• Sorting issues yourself or passing them to the right person
• Leaving clear notes so nothing slips through the cracks
• Keeping your cool, and your patience, through the busy stretches

What You Bring

• A clear voice and a good ear
• The kind of reliability that shows up on time, every time
• Enough comfort at a keyboard to type while you talk
• A genuinely helpful attitude (call center or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

The Details
Flexible shifts, 5 to 6 days a week. $18 to $24/hr based on experience, plus an employee discount. A lot of our team leads started in the exact seat we're hiring for now.
