Inbound Call Center Representative

We’re hiring a full-time Inbound Call Center Representative to join our office-based call center team. Our team handles incoming calls across different customer accounts, so the type of enquiry can vary throughout the day.

This is an inbound position. You’ll be speaking with customers who have contacted us for help, working from established processes and getting support from a Team Leader when a call needs further attention.

On the Phones

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Find out what the customer needs help with
• Provide accurate information and clear next steps
• Handle routine account and service enquiries
• Update customer details during and after calls
• Record clear notes on the call center system
• Transfer or escalate calls when required
• Complete occasional follow-up work between calls

What We Need

Previous call center experience is useful, but it isn’t essential. We provide training before you begin taking calls independently.

You should have:

• Clear and confident communication
• Good listening skills
• Basic computer skills
• Accurate typing and note-taking
• Patience when dealing with longer or more difficult calls
• Reliable attendance and timekeeping

Working Week

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Full-time hours
