Inbound Call Center Representative

The calls are already coming in. Your job is to understand the customer’s question, find the right information and make sure they get the help they need.

We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Montgomery customer service team. If you’re someone who enjoys talking with people, listening to what they need and helping find a solution, this could be a good fit.

You’ll speak with customers across different accounts and services, so no two days are exactly the same. Previous call center experience isn’t required, and full training is provided when you start.

The Role

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Look up accounts, orders and service information
• Help with general questions and common issues
• Transfer more complex requests to the right team
• Update customer records and leave accurate notes
• Follow up when something cannot be resolved straight away

What Makes a Good Fit

We’re looking for people who can communicate naturally, listen carefully and stay patient when a customer needs extra help.

You’ll also need:

• Comfortable computer and typing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and timekeeping
• Confidence speaking with different customers
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Retail, hospitality, reception or customer service experience can all transfer well into this Inbound Call Center Representative role.

Schedule & Pay

$19–$24 per hour, depending on experience, with full-time schedules across 5–6 days per week. Employee discounts are also available.
