Inbound Call Center Representative

Not every call is the same — and that’s probably the best way to describe this job.

We support customers on behalf of businesses across several different sectors, so as an Inbound Call Center Representative, the types of questions you handle can vary throughout the day. You might be helping with an account question, checking an order, explaining a service, or simply getting a customer connected with the right team.

This is an entry-level Inbound Call Center Representative position. You don’t need previous call center experience, and paid training is provided before you begin handling calls independently.

A typical day

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Help with account, order, and service questions
• Provide clear and accurate information
• Update customer details and call notes
• Follow up on requests that need further action
• Transfer or escalate more complex queries
• Learn the processes for different client accounts

What matters most

We’re more interested in how you communicate and how you approach people.

You should be comfortable speaking with different personalities, listening properly before responding, and using a computer while you’re on a call.

Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, administration, or customer service can all transfer well into this role.
