Inbound Call Center Representative

We’re hiring an Inbound Call Center Representative in Kansas City to answer incoming calls, help customers with questions, handle requests, and make sure each call is handled professionally. You’ll work with customers throughout the day while keeping information accurate and making sure requests are properly followed up.

Your Day-to-Day

As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you’ll handle incoming customer calls and help with a range of questions and requests. You’ll listen to what customers need, provide clear information, resolve routine issues, and connect them with the right team when additional help is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer questions and understand their needs
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, or accounts
• Handle routine customer requests and resolve basic concerns
• Enter and update customer information in company systems
• Document calls, requests, and follow-up actions
• Transfer or escalate calls when additional assistance is required
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Work with team members to resolve customer issues
• Follow company procedures for handling customer calls

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Patient and comfortable handling customer questions
• Good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic business software
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Able to stay organised in a busy call center environment
• Previous call center, customer service, retail, office, or sales experience is helpful, but not required

Work Schedule
