Inbound Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer questions and understand what they need
• Provide information about products, services and accounts
• Help resolve routine questions and customer concerns
• Enter customer information and call details into the system
• Follow up on requests when needed
• Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate team member
• Keep accurate notes and customer records
• Follow company procedures and call handling guidelines
• Work with the team to provide a consistent customer experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Patient when handling customer questions or concerns
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable using a computer and basic software
• Able to learn new systems and procedures
• Previous call center, customer service or phone support experience is helpful, but not required
