Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
On-site | Permanent position

We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to handle incoming customer calls and make sure each person receives clear, professional, and helpful support.

You’ll listen to customers, understand what they need, provide accurate information, and make sure questions or requests are directed toward the appropriate next step. This role is well suited to someone who communicates confidently and enjoys helping people throughout the day.

Day to Day

• Answer incoming customer calls and identify the reason for each enquiry
• Listen carefully and gather the information needed to assist each caller
• Provide clear information about services, processes, and account matters
• Respond to routine questions and help resolve straightforward concerns
• Explain appropriate next steps when further action is required
• Record call details, customer information, and actions taken
• Update customer records accurately following each interaction
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department when additional support is needed
• Follow up on open customer requests when required
• Recognize issues that need to be escalated and communicate them appropriately
• Follow established procedures for call handling and customer information
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach throughout every conversation

What’s Important

You’ll need strong verbal communication skills, active listening, patience, and good attention to detail. You should be comfortable speaking with different types of customers and able to keep information organized while handling incoming calls.

Previous experience in call centers, customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, or another communication-focused role is useful, although training on our systems and processes will be provided.

We’re looking for someone who can remain professional during challenging conversations, learn new systems quickly, follow established procedures, and work effectively as part of a wider team.

Pay: $19.14 - $24.07 per hour
