Inbound Call Center Representative

Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | On-Site | $20.00–$24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Some people are naturally good at creating a positive experience through conversation. They listen, pick up on what someone needs, and enjoy finding the answer rather than simply passing the problem along.

That is exactly what we are looking for.

We’re adding an Inbound Call Center Representative to our Phoenix team. You’ll join a close-knit group of six, handling incoming customer conversations and helping turn questions, requests and occasional frustrations into clear solutions.

Your day on the phones

This is an inbound role focused on customer support and retention rather than cold calling.

You’ll speak with customers throughout the day, understand why they are contacting us, provide accurate information, resolve straightforward concerns and coordinate with other teams when something needs additional support.

You’ll also keep concise records of conversations, follow up where necessary and make sure customers finish the interaction knowing what happens next.

The pace can move quickly, so being able to switch between conversations while staying positive, professional and solution-focused matters.

The kind of person who does well here

You genuinely enjoy talking to people.

You bring energy to your work, communicate naturally and don’t lose your composure when someone needs an answer quickly. You listen before responding, enjoy solving problems and can build rapport without making a conversation feel scripted.

Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful, but it isn’t the only route into the position. Experience in hospitality, retail, customer-facing services or another busy people-focused environment can translate well.

Work should have some personality too

Company culture is a big part of our Phoenix office.

There’s usually music playing in the background, and the kitchen stays stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks.

The team regularly gets together for lunch, including occasional company-provided lunches, and we organize opportunities to spend time together outside the normal workday. Depending on the calendar, that might mean a local sporting event, a team activity or getting involved with something happening in the community.

It’s professional, but it isn’t a silent office.
