Inbound Call Center Representative

When customers call, they want to speak with someone who can understand their needs, provide clear information, and help them move forward. We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to handle incoming enquiries from our Dallas office and provide reliable support throughout each conversation.

You’ll listen carefully, identify what each caller needs, and use company systems and resources to provide accurate answers or connect them with the appropriate team.

Day to Day

• Answer incoming customer calls and establish the reason for each enquiry
• Ask relevant questions to understand the caller’s needs
• Provide information about company services, procedures, and account enquiries
• Explain available options and next steps clearly
• Research information using internal systems and reference materials
• Record call details and update customer records accurately
• Resolve routine enquiries within established guidelines
• Transfer calls or escalate matters that require specialist assistance
• Follow up on outstanding enquiries when further action is needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer requests
• Keep customers informed when an enquiry requires additional time
• Follow call-handling procedures and confidentiality requirements

What’s Important

You’ll need clear communication skills, a patient approach, and the ability to listen carefully while keeping information accurate. We’re looking for someone who can stay professional during challenging conversations, manage a steady flow of enquiries, and follow through on customer requests.

Previous experience in call centers, customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, or another customer-facing role is helpful. Confidence using computers, email, and customer databases is also beneficial. Training will be provided on company systems, services, and procedures.

Monday to Friday
8:30am–5:00pm
Full-time, permanent
On-site in Dallas, TX
