Inbound Call Center Representative

Join our dynamic 12-person team as an Inbound Call Center Representative. You’ll answer incoming calls, help customers find clear answers, and make sure each request reaches the right person. There’s plenty of variety throughout the day, and your teammates and supervisor will be there to share their knowledge, lend a hand, and celebrate the small wins with you.

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound calls with a friendly, professional approach.
• Listen to customers, ask useful questions and work toward a clear answer.
• Explain information and next steps in a way that’s easy to understand.
• Record call notes and keep customer details accurate.
• Connect more complex requests with the appropriate colleague or department.
• Follow up when an issue needs more attention and keep customers informed.

What your week looks like

• Monday through Friday, with two shift options: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• 40 guaranteed paid hours per week, including a paid 30-minute break during each shift.

You’ll fit in well if you communicate clearly, stay patient when someone needs extra help and enjoy finding practical solutions. You should be comfortable using a computer while you talk and willing to learn new systems. Previous call center experience is welcome, but it isn’t required; we’ll help you learn the role.
