Inbound Call Center Representative

We’re adding to our customer service team in Dayton and are looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to join us full-time.

Our team provides customer support for clients across retail, consumer services and business services, so the type of enquiries can vary depending on the account you’re working on. You’ll receive training on the client, their services and the systems you’ll use before you begin taking calls independently.

It’s a good opportunity for someone with customer service experience, but we’re also open to people looking for their first call center position.

Hours & Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• On-site in Dayton, OH
• Shifts scheduled in advance
• Weekday availability required
• Some weekend availability may be needed

Once You’re Trained

You’ll mainly handle incoming calls from customers who already need assistance. There is no cold calling involved.

Your work will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls
• Responding to account and service questions
• Updating customer information
• Providing accurate information based on the client account
• Resolving straightforward customer issues
• Recording clear notes after calls
• Escalating more complex enquiries to the appropriate team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be comfortable talking to different people throughout the day, using a computer while on calls and keeping information accurate when things get busy.

Previous experience as an Inbound Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative or Customer Support Agent is helpful, but not essential. Paid training is provided.
