Inbound Call Center Representative

We are looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative to join our Fayetteville team as soon as possible, although a start date of up to four weeks can be arranged for the right person.

A schedule that works around you

• 40 hours guaranteed every week
• Five shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday
• Saturday shifts are optional
• Multiple weekday shift patterns available
• Paid overtime available when additional hours are offered

Your conversations matter

• Answer a steady flow of inbound customer calls
• Listen carefully and understand why each customer is calling
• Provide accurate information about services and processes
• Resolve straightforward questions during the first call
• Update customer details and call notes accurately
• Transfer specialist enquiries to the appropriate department
• Follow call quality and data-protection procedures
• Work toward customer service and response-time targets
• Support colleagues during busy call periods
