Inbound Call Center Representative

We are seeking an Inbound Call Center Representative who communicates with clarity, takes ownership of each inquiry, and helps people reach the right answer without unnecessary delays.

You will be part of a professional consulting office in Manhattan, working closely with colleagues across the business. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, keeps accurate records, and wants to build a career in a client-focused corporate environment.

The work

• Answer incoming calls and establish what each caller needs
• Provide clear information about appointments, processes, and next steps
• Direct questions requiring specialist input to the appropriate colleague
• Record conversations and follow-up actions accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure callers receive timely responses
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Contribute ideas when you see a way to improve the caller experience

What you will bring

• A confident, courteous telephone manner and strong listening skills
• The ability to stay composed and organized during a busy day
• Clear written communication and attention to detail
• A willingness to learn new systems and receive feedback
• Experience in a phone-based or client-facing role is helpful, but paid training will be provided

Pay, flexibility, and development

• $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid training during your first month
• Full-time, on-site work in Manhattan for the first month
• Opportunity to work from home two days per week after the first month, subject to training completion and business needs
• Travel reimbursement and on-site parking
• Monthly cash bonuses based on communicated performance criteria
• Opportunities to develop toward senior client support or team leadership responsibilities
