Inbound Call Center Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representative who will bring positive energy and a great attitude to the office and take pride of being the voice of our company.

You'll join our customer support team in a busy, people-focused role, ideal if you enjoy conversation and thinking on your feet. It's a paid position where you'll build communication and client service skills that stay useful throughout your career.

What you’ll do

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Listen, ask questions, and find the right information.
• Explain answers and next steps clearly.
• Update customer records while you talk.
• Follow up on requests that need more time.
• Work with colleagues to resolve unfamiliar issues.
• Keep your call notes accurate and useful.

The schedule and pay

• Full-time: Five working days each week.
• Rota: Shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday.
• Time off: Sunday plus one rotating weekday when you work Saturday.
• Flexibility: Shift availability can be discussed when the rota is planned.
• Pay: $21–$23 per hour.

Previous call center or customer service experience is welcome, but it isn’t required. We’ll train you on the systems and processes used in the role.
