If you enjoy talking to people, figuring out what they need, and helping them find the right answers, this could be a good fit. We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative in Hoover, AL to handle incoming enquiries and help customers get the information and support they need.

You’ll spend your day speaking with different customers, working with internal systems, and keeping track of requests from start to finish. It’s a role where good communication, patience, and attention to detail make a real difference.

Your Day Could Include

• Answering incoming calls and understanding why customers are getting in touch
• Asking questions to clarify enquiries and identify the right next steps
• Providing information about services, accounts, and general requests
• Looking up customer details and updating records during calls
• Recording conversations and documenting any follow-up actions
• Helping resolve routine questions and concerns
• Passing more complex enquiries to the appropriate team
• Following up on outstanding requests when necessary
• Explaining processes and next steps in a clear, professional way
• Keeping customer information accurate and confidential
• Working with colleagues to make sure enquiries are handled efficiently

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be a good fit if you communicate clearly, listen carefully, stay professional under pressure, and enjoy helping people.

Previous experience in call centers, customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, sales, or administration can be useful, but training will be provided on our systems and procedures.

You should also be comfortable:

• Using computers while speaking with customers
• Following instructions and established processes
• Managing different enquiries throughout the day
• Keeping accurate records and paying attention to detail
• Remaining patient when customers need additional help
• Working independently while contributing to a team

Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
Full-time | Permanent
Office-based in Hoover, AL
