We are hiring an Inbound Call Center Representative who enjoys speaking with people and wants to build practical professional skills in a busy, collaborative environment.

From the first hello to the next step

• Answer incoming customer calls, identify the reason for contact and provide clear guidance.
• Explain services, account information and procedures using approved resources.
• Resolve routine inquiries and refer complex concerns to the appropriate colleague.
• Update customer details and record accurate call notes in the customer relationship management system.
• Arrange follow-ups when an answer requires additional information.
• Protect confidential information and follow established verification procedures.
• Work toward agreed standards for call quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Clear communication, attentive listening and a courteous telephone manner.
• Basic typing and computer skills, with confidence switching between information screens.
• Organization and patience when managing a steady flow of calls.
• Reliability, willingness to learn and comfort asking for guidance.
• No previous call center experience or college degree required.
