Inbound Call Center Representative

Are you friendly, quick-thinking, and naturally good at making people feel comfortable over the phone? As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you’ll be the person customers reach when they have a question, need support, or want help completing a request.

You’ll join an upbeat St. Louis team where every call is different, the day moves quickly, and great communication makes a real difference.

$20.50–$23.76 per hour | Full-time | Onsite in St. Louis

Your day will include:

• Answering incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Listening carefully to understand questions and concerns.
• Providing accurate information about services, accounts, and requests.
• Helping customers complete straightforward processes over the phone.
• Updating contact information and customer account details.
• Recording clear notes after every conversation.
• Resolving common concerns during the first call whenever possible.
• Transferring or escalating more complex enquiries to the right team.
• Following company procedures while keeping conversations natural.
• Working toward call quality, accuracy, and customer service goals.
