Inbound Call Center Representative

Enjoy talking to people and helping them find solutions? We’re looking for an Inbound Call Center Representative in St. Louis, to handle incoming customer calls and provide helpful, professional support. This is a great opportunity for someone who communicates well, enjoys a busy working environment and wants to develop their customer service skills.

Previous call center experience is useful, but it isn't essential.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions, requests or concerns. Your role will be to understand what they need, provide accurate information and help ensure each enquiry is handled appropriately.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to enquiries
• Explaining products, services and company procedures clearly
• Helping customers resolve routine issues and service-related questions
• Listening to concerns and identifying appropriate solutions
• Recording call details and updating customer information in internal systems
• Transferring calls or escalating more complex issues when necessary
• Following up on outstanding enquiries where required
• Working with colleagues to maintain a consistent standard of customer service

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous experience as an Inbound Call Center Representative to apply. Experience in customer service, telephone support, retail or hospitality can be beneficial, but transferable skills and a positive attitude are equally welcome.
