Duties

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details to callers
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or technical issues through effective problem-solving
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently to update customer records and logs using Microsoft Office tools
• Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or surveys
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain organized records of call interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided for quality assurance

Experience

• Excellent phone communication skills with a professional demeanor and active listening abilities
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer service principles, client communication strategies, and problem-solving techniques
• Technical proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with data entry processes is advantageous
