Duties

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details in multiple languages if applicable
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining precise records of interactions and transactions
• Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or confirm appointments
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain organized call logs and documentation to support ongoing client communication and service quality

Skills

• Strong sales skills to promote products or services during customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with bilingual capabilities as a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage high call volumes efficiently
• Problem-solving aptitude for addressing customer issues swiftly and effectively
• Outstanding typing speed for quick data entry without sacrificing accuracy
• Ability to handle outbound calls when required, maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism throughout interactions
