Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues using effective call center techniques
• Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive caller experience at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions or payments when required, ensuring accuracy and security during cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions, with a focus on inbound call handling
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in computer skills, data entry, and CRM systems
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service problem-solving skills, including active listening and client communication expertise
