We're Hiring | Customer Service Advisor

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Shift)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Work from Home: Eligible for 2 days/week WFH after completion of 3 months from DOJ

We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Enquiries & Service team and support customers across a range of service, leasing, insurance, and maintenance-related queries.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
• Providing information on vehicle leasing, insurance, and Otto services
• Resolving customer queries at the first point of contact
• Escalating complex cases to the relevant teams when required
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer interactions
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Delivering excellent customer service while meeting quality and SLA standards

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or International Voice Process
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Ability to manage multiple systems while handling customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Experience in the automotive, leasing, or insurance industry is an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
